General Returns Policy
You may return most unused items within 21 days of purchase (7 days longer than most other online boutiques!). The items must be in their original condition (unused and unwashed) and in their original packaging (with all tags attached). Once the original item arrives at our warehouse, we will credit your account in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts and shipping costs).

After 21 days from date of purchase, a sale becomes FINAL! No returns will be accepted!

Return of Sale Items
Sale items may be returned within 21 days of purchase, for a complete refund. No restocking fee! Items discounted 50% or more and those specifically marked as "FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS" cannot be returned!

Returns Procedure
If you are making a return within the normal return policy guidelines we do not require a return authorization and it is not necessary to notify us that you are sending a return.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip with any return -- without that information we cannot process your request. Please circle the items that you are returning on the copy of the sales receipt or packing slip. We would also love to know the reason for your return so that we may serve you better in future.

If an item was purchased as a set, (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of incomplete sets.

It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is track able. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. Please DO NOT request Signature Confirmation! Doing so delays the arrival of your return to our warehouse.

We will process your return within a week, credit it back to the form of payment used to make the original purchase and notify you once we do via email. Most credit cards will take a billing cycle to reflect your refund, so please be patient.

Return of a Gift
All above information is in effect when returning a gift. Please note, that we will only be able to credit the card used to make the original purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will be issued store credit in the amount of your return and in the form of a coupon code emailed to you (see below for more details). Please write your email clearly on the packing slip that you include with your return so that we may email you your store credit coupon code.

Store Credit
Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code unique to you, sent to you via email. (Returning a gift? Please include your email with your return). To redeem, simply enter the store credit coupon code in the coupon code field during checkout. It will automatically take your store credit amount off your purchase. If your purchase is less than your store credit amount, within 24 hours, we will issue you a new unique store credit coupon code for the remainder of your store credit with us. Please note that store credit does not cover shipping!

Wrong item shipped to you
Although we try to minimize them, human errors fulfilling our orders do occur. We apologize in advance.

When we receive your email notifying us of the incorrect item on your order, will send you the correct item promptly, together with a prepaid return envelope addressed back to us. All you will then have to do is put the wrong item, sent by mistake in the envelope and pop it in your mailbox for your mailman to take. You will get a separate email with tracking # of the exchange being shipped to you.

Damaged Items
We do our best to carefully inspect each garment in your order before shipping it out to you. Despite our best efforts, we sometimes overlook damaged items. If you received a damaged garment, please contact us immediately! Do not ship damaged item back to us until you contact us.

To maintain proper accounting procedures and correct inventory, all exchanges are actually returns (within 21 days of purchase) and re-purchases through our online store.

To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for or if time is an issue, it is best to place a new order for the item online even before you return the original item for credit back to the original form of payment. We're sorry, but we cannot "reserve" items in anticipation of a return.
